These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of https://bookishmarketplace.com and any purchase you make from Bookish Marketplace ("we", "us", "our"). By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We sell downloadable digital products, including SUCCESS OS products, workbooks, guides, templates and bundles, supplied as ZIP packages. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page describes what the product or bundle includes.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a clear error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
Access to your ZIP package is provided after your order is confirmed. You can access your purchased files through your customer account. You may need to confirm your email address before your files become available. Download limits may apply; any limit that applies is shown in your account. We recommend keeping a saved copy of your files after downloading. If you cannot access your files, email support@bookishmarketplace.com with your order number.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

They are owned by Bookish Marketplace or used under licence or with permission from their respective owners. Any third-party names, trademarks or materials referenced remain the property of their respective owners. Your purchase grants you only the licence described above and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Because our products are digital, all sales are final once digital access has been provided, except where required by applicable law. Please read our Digital Sales Policy at https://bookishmarketplace.com/refund-policy before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue, receive an incorrect or corrupted file, are charged incorrectly, or cannot access your purchase, contact us and we will assist as described in that policy.
